His work today is driven by a belief in the power of natural capital to create lasting value for both nature and people.
Harvey Radcliffe
With a background in green tech, environmental consultancy, and over a decade in sales, Harvey is focused on building strong, customer-focused relationships that serve both landowners and commercial partners. Drawing on his understanding of the land and the needs of rural communities, he works to ensure all stakeholders are supported with practical, honest solutions.
Charlie Bell
Charlie joined BioMark as Business Manager in May 2025. In this role, Charlie is overseeing business development, client relations, and operational strategy. Drawing on his background in Biological Sciences and commercial experience in a Nordic energy company, he is helping to drive BioMark’s next phase of growth and expansion.
Megan Mulholland
Megan Mulholland is a farm and land manager overseeing over 1,000 acres with a strong focus on diverse habitats and the integration of native livestock. She brings experience in land preparation, habitat creation, establishment, and maintenance. With over six years in the agricultural industry, Megan is well-established in the local area.
